Like many Middle Eastern countries, Jordanians are well known for using a variety of spices in their meals. Popular meals include cooked lamb with rice served with a tasty side of hummus. Ful Mudammas is a popular dish of beans, vegetables and olive oil and is quite tasty for breakfast.
Another signature dish in Jordan is Mansef, but I don't care too much for it.
A very popular dessert is Kanafe and is best served hot on a cold day.
